  • Identity Data: Name and age (to ensure supervision requirements).

  • Contact Data: Email address and Bahamian/International phone numbers.

  • Transaction Data: Details about payments and bookings. Payments are processed via secure third-party gateways; we do not store full credit card numbers.

  • Itinerary Data: Travel dates (collected only for "Short-Term Visitor" refund verification).

In compliance with Bahamian law, your data is used only for:

  • Fulfilling your booking contract.

  • Safety notifications (e.g., weather-related cancellations or location changes).

  • Compliance with the Business Licence Act and VAT Act of The Bahamas.

  • Marketing communications (only where explicit Opt-In consent is provided).

We do not disclose your personal information to third parties except:

  • Service Providers: Secure payment processors and booking platforms.

  • Legal Obligations: Where required by the Royal Bahamas Police Force, the Ministry of Finance (for VAT audits), or other Bahamian regulatory bodies.

  • International Transfers: As we may use cloud-based booking software, your data may be processed on servers located outside of The Bahamas (e.g., in the US or Canada). By using our services, you consent to this transfer.
