The Mission
Artemis II is a critical flight test of the Orion spacecraft. It will carry a crew of four farther into space than any human in history, proving the systems we need to land the first woman and person of colour on the lunar surface.

Victor Glover (Pilot): The first Black astronaut to fly a lunar mission.

Christina Koch (Mission Specialist): World record holder for the longest female spaceflight.
